I bond at least 4 layers of felt together to create a thickness that means my garlands hold their shape and are of the highest quality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI individually sew each part by hand and stuff with a safety standard synthetic filling. Each garland is created only by myself with love and care.
